Black and White

I have found a new appreciation for black and white images. There's just something about it that makes an image look more interesting and sometimes mysterious. I'm finishing up my color management class and we just learned how to convert and print black and white images. I knew how to convert images before but now I know how to make them look good and almost like film. Here are some of my favorite black and whites so far.

Next week is finals week and I have to turn in a portfolio of my work. I'm really excited to print my images out and mount them on matte boards. That's pretty much how my weekend is going to go except for the occasional break to step outside and look for possible cool black and white pictures. Yup, it's my new obsession.
